Im Auftrag der Europäischen Kommission unterstützt unser Netzwerk „Enterprise Europe Network“ kleine und mittlere Unternehmen, Hochschulen und Forschungseinrichtungen kostenfrei bei der Verbreitung von und der Suche nach innovativen Technologien. Dies schließt auch weitere Kooperations- bzw. Geschäftspartnerwünsche unserer Kunden mit ein, wie etwa die Suche nach Lieferanten, Produzenten, Franchisegebern etc.

Vom Standort Trier aus arbeiten wir mit mehr als 500 Kontaktbüros in ganz Europa zusammen, die auch den mittel- und osteuropäischen Raum abdecken. Weitere Vertretungen finden sich u.a. in den USA, dem Nahen Osten und asiatischen Ländern wie Korea und China.

Most important advantages of this technology are a high reflectance, non-yellowing, inert, stable materials and the possibility to create unlimited design. The Dutch partner is interested in commercial agreements with technical assistance with industries active in reflector design and production.

Implement the proposed technology in reflectors and lighting products. The Dutch SME will provide technical assistance. The type of collaboration for the use of the Highly Diffuse Reflective Ceramic Coating (HDRCC) by the partner could also be based on a license agreement. The details of the license agreement are part of future negotiations.

 

 

Inertization of heavy metals into ceramic materials

A spinoff company has developed a new technological process for the inertization of heavy metals in industrial wastes. The process is based on the insertion of metal elements into definite crystal site of minerals. The main advantage of this technology is the complete stabilization of the contaminants and the possibility to reuse the minerals as raw materials for further industrial processes. Partners are requested to apply this technology under license or joint venture agreement.

Abstract:
A Swiss research institute provides a mirror-like metallic coating that has high reflectivity (more than 95% in infrared) and good thermal stability (up to 500°C in air for 300 hours). Applied at room temperature by a PVD (plasma vapor deposition) process (under vacuum), it can be deposited on metallic, ceramic or glass substrates. The coating performance has been tested on a laboratory level. Partners for technical cooperation and coating testing in different industrial domains are sought.

Accurate High Performance Ceramic Based High Temperature Thermocouples

Abstract:
A UK SME has developed ceramic-based thermocouples that operate beyond 1600oC. Ceramics are used instead of metals to form the thermocouple legs. They are highly corrosion-resistant and have excellent long-term stability. Successful industrial trials have taken place in oxidising and reducing conditions, including molten steel. Measurement accuracy to date is typically well within 1%, and is a function of material consistency. They are seeking partner(s) to commercialise the technology.
